Soo depressed.
Need to be heard and validated. Understood would be nice too, but I do not want to be greedy. Wish it would all end. Future looks bleak. Trying to have good positive thoughts. Must practice self soothing and distractions. Try to stay in the reality of NOW instead of the fantasy of future. Feel fear and humiliation and anger. Just want to disappear. HATE me. Hate world. Pain. Don't belong here. Or anywhere. OK. Good thoughts. Clean soft babies. Flowers. Butterflies. Puppies. Clouds. Caramels. Touch of a hand gently stroking my cheek. Smell of Lilacs. Kittens playing. Love. Peaceful sleep. Toddlers laugh. Pizza. Fresh cut grass. Rainbows. Fresh strawberries. Bubbles.

Snowflakes. Chocolate covered strawberries. Good leather gloves. The smell of roast chicken on a cold winter day. The soft fur on my golden retriever. A pink seashell. The smell of lavender. Shower gel. The sound and smell of the ocean. A sunset. An antique rocking chair with my daughter's baby blanket. My husband's smile. Purple coneflowers. Jasmine tea. Opium perfume. The sun on my face.
