Does anyone have this to give their opinion/review on it?

I have it. I'm using it. I like it but I don't really have anything to compare it to since I'm not gonna walk around with a sheet of paper to hand to my therapist every week. I think it's about the same as any paper-based check-in sheet. you can edit the fields as much as you like and there's a place for notes for the week as well. Then you can have it email the weekly report to your therapist automatically. I think it's good. Worth $5 in my opinion

My brain shrinker said that the only effective dbt is through the mental health association. So I tend to stay away from those online and apps...there's an app for everything tho lol, that's so funny

It won't let me see the link you've posted as I'm not in the US, which is annoying!

I've come across two DBT apps. The more expensive one is the one my T's NHS DBT service is using with all their clients. I've looked at it a bit on her phone but don't know it well.
(again I can't view this link, but from the google preview this looks like the app)

I bought the cheaper one, which has just had a massive overhaul and I'm finding it really helpful. As well as allowing you to fill in your diary card, it's a great reminder for skills, and even provides some basic coaching in terms of walking you through situations. I'd say that to get the most out of it you have to spend some time personalising/programming it though- adding your own targets and skills, adding your own ideas and contacts, songs etc. I'm a big fan of anything which makes the skills more portable. That's when we need them most- when we are out and about in real life. Back in my pre-smart phone DBT days I used a mini 'brag book'/photo album to make my own reminders, but this is much more discreet and interactive.

I'm also in the UK and it works fine for me, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you. Your link wouldn't work though, it said it's not on the UK store.
