Hi Kris, welcome to our neck of the woods. Has your T given you reasons for your new dx and any info on it?
Thanks for this!

Welcome. I too am a recently diagnosed Borderline and I think I can say your reaction and resolve will depend largely on how much research you do in a given time span learning about how others manage and cope with the disorder. Some of it will be reassuring and some will be shocking. And afterwards, you start grasping the reality that you may face the same thing some day or maybe not. Suddenly, you start putting two and two together and you'll understand things like, for example, why there are so many Borderlines in prisons all over the world today. Again Welcome.

I was diagnosed with depression, bpd, and anxiety.

Half the time the ppl that treated me and I, as well, did not know what symptoms were what.

Welcome.
