At this point I am getting used to feeling empty and numb. Maybe it is better that way? Because I am usually angry and ready to flip out or depressed in a dark hole.

Only problem is that feeling numb usually leads to self harm which I would rather not add more scars. My arms are covered enough.

I hate this disorder so much!

LW
Thanks for this!

I can really relate. Numb almost always leads me to SI, because I think I want to feel, but then I realize numb was better. BPD is hellish

Never thought of it that way. Hope it won't rest too long as it has been a few weeks.
