I think I'm falling into depression. I'm off work during the summer months but I'm so bored. I have my 2 kids 3 days a week. I do activities with them. Then... all alone again. I'm sick of sudoku, puzzles and even going to the beach now ask me an effort. I can't seem to find something that I enjoy. When work will start again in September, as I am a french teacher, everything will fall into place I'm sure. But until then I find life worthless, I feel really alone and bored.

I understand what that's like to have your kids only a certain few days a week. When they are with me, I'm ok. But alone, I am the same way, although I work through the summer.
The nights and/ or days that I don't have them, it is an excruciating effort even just to try to get outside and walk. HUGS to you and I hope that with summer almost over, as you said, things will fall into place...
