Is anyone else experiencing extreme restlessness? I cant sit down for anything! I wish I was productive with this excess energy but its not really energy, because I'm tired at the same time, its very odd and very annoying!!!

I have had that happen before. It really sucks. The best solution to this is getting exercise or finding some other way to burn the energy off. Avoiding caffeine helps as well.

yeah it definitely sucks! I wish I was using that energy to clean up the house but I just pace around. Its interesting, my therapist said that I shouldnt use a punching bag or hit a pillow or anything like that because it makes a connection in your brain that anger=violence. What do you think?

I too am struggling with this.

it's especially hard when I am sick.

I have to force myself to be still.

That is a challenge right there.
