Hi all - i came into hospital yesterday for change of meds , i am committed to getting out of this hole of major depression i slid into! I saw the Py Doc my T wanted me to see for the last couple of months and he wanted to put me in the "unit" but after declining , my gp sorted it out with him and put me in a private hosp (in a medical room) may be here for a couple of weeks so i will try and be on line as much as possible for some of your wonderful support
 doing it a bit tough at the moment hey . i will try and get into dbt homework from my T while i am here as well, i am going to have an operation this evening so i am nil by mouth and tounging for a drink (water ) i don't really like water - fish have sex in it you know  dirty buggers lol, hopefully i can get on here to help you all out ( when my head clears) that is!
