I except the blame for destroying happiness...

Too bad this doesn't explain how to get out of it, but this seems to capture the sentiment:
I wouldn't exactly use the word "happy" as in the video, as I think she means more that she's only "accustomed" to misery. Anyway, I like the words she uses because it kind of makes me laugh at how ridiculous this state of mind is for me.
