I'm having one right now.

If you're mentally ill. Like I am. Everyday is a struggle to survive. You try your hardest not to think of suicidial thoughts and you would like to know you have a nice support system to pick you up when your down.

My mother is getting older and is acting so frail you'd think she was 90. She just turned 69 and is fine. But she guilts me all the time with her physical aliments and puts pressure on me that I can't handle. She's coming over soon with my autistic brother and my husband will be bringing my mother - in -law over as well. I'm about to have a nervous breakdown.

I'm unable to enjoy any part of my life. I'm going to try to sit through this dinner and not be mean. I won't be mean. I won't.

I'm so trapped.
Hugs from:
