I know some of us struggle with christmas and the holidays but I want to wish all my BPD buddies a peaceful and joyful christmas, I will try and get online probably evening UK time to check in here.

Thanks Tink. I don't know how hard it's going to be. It's way different this year. We're spending time with relatives I don't know well and my daughters are away for the first time. I've prepared well so I'll hopefully be okay, but there's no telling. The smallest thing will probably set me off at some point, I'm sure.

I hope Christmas is good for you....

I'm new here, hello! I agree Christmas can be hard. Set off on wrong foot by going crazy drunk at office Christmas party and doing terrible things which I'm sure I should have been sacked for but thankfully wasn't! So much rage inside me, and the forced jollity of Christmas makes me even angrier. It's the worst day in the world precisely because it's meant to be the best.

I'm new here - hello! I'm struggling with Xmas too. Didn't help that I went mental drunk at work Xmas party. Feel such a freaky loon.
