I can feel the anger building up, I get told to call for help when I am in need by my mental health services and when I do they don't return my calls, Don't they realize how much it takes for me to call them?

((Hugs)) I would suggest calling the Samaritans but personally find them annoying. And no help what so ever.

Almost like talking to a brick wall.

Do you know why your getting angry?
Is there something we could do to distract you?

I don't like calling the Samaritans either, Yeah my CPN seem's to have vanished so my anger is at her, I have left messages for her but a big fat nothing.

Yeah, that IS frustrating.

There isn't another that takes her place when she's busy, sick, or on vacation? Like, someone to complain to?? You've probably already tried that avenue...but that's all I can think of right now.

Gentle hugs Buttercup...

Thank you both,

I am not sure about anyone taking her place as I have only been with her about 6 weeks which is the point of my mental health services giving me a nurse for me to call her when in need.
