I have been completely disconnected today...
I feel as if I'm just a walking shell.

I feel like everyone ones is pulling me in different directions.
But I lack the ability to go in either as I don't know which way is best.

My brain is still disconnected from thought, and is pushing things away that I actually need to focus on and make a choice.

I keep getting this feeling coming thro of rage. But I'm not sure if its from anxiety..

I have therapy this week, and hoping to get a one on one with my pdoc.

I'm actually scared of myself right now. I'm scared to make any choices and I'm scared I will turn to my trusted friend.

I feel like I'm on rope only I'm not sure which way I'm going to fall.

I feel quite a lot considering I feel gut retching empty!!

Don't you just wish it was that simple...

Do you know what I hate more.. Is not knowing. Which way I'm going to turn.

The crazy arse *****.. That's going to destroy everything around me, and not have any control.

Or the self harmer.

I pray it would be happy me, but as I had a few good weeks I think she has gone for a while

I'm fighting and rooting for her tho.

Thanks s4 you always make me feel better. I'll try not pm you and worry you tho.
I promise I will be fine ((hugs))

You can pm anytime silly. o.O I worry regardless if my friends pm me or not, better to worry and hear from them than not.

You'll figure it out, and learn how to cope with the moods. it just takes time

Hang in there...it will go away like everything else. It just takes time.

Things you can try....put an ice cube in your hand. The cold sometimes breaks some of that.

Do you have any video games that are interactive that require concentration? The active Wii games are good for this. I've used DDR. They require concentration to do them. You'll suck at the beginning...that's expected, but don't get frustrated and keep at it. It should help; you're being active and getting your blood flowing and you have to concentrate to do it. If not, come up with something else. Maybe look online for a pattern for origami or how to make paper airplanes and try to do them. Something that requires concentration but won't hurt anyone if you screw it up. Just don't get frustrated.

Just avoid doing anything really important until it goes away a bit. I understand....
Thanks for this!
