A big thankyou for my release valve BPD friends, they came to take me away and they did Bloody Rotten side effects of meds hey !! No More Pills for me , they locked me up for a few weeks (F*** i hate it when that happens) sometimes the drs do Not know best! They wouldn't let me have my laptop grrr

at the moment i am stable and looking forward to my Partners' family flying in Friday nite (even tho i know anxious is a part of my life)

For all of you who are going thru a hard time atm please remember that it does go sooner or later

I will try and get on and look/reply to you but with 8 other people in our home for the next 3 weeks i think it might become a wee bit hard (i Will try tho) Daylight is approaching and the sun will shine later on i hope, may the sun shine on you all where ever you are atm
Thankyou again for your much needed support see ya!!

If your main issue is the BPD and your traits are not TOO bad, you can learn to cope without the meds. It's not always easy and poses an extra challenge at times but it can be done. I have a med (Xanax) for anxiety when it gets over the top, but other than that, I'm med free. I'm not putting down people who are taking meds and the if their meds are helping, but personally rather learn to cope without, due to side effects and the affect they have on me.

I'm really glad you're feeling better!

i agree with the med thing they're good for some and not for others hey. i have been on different ones all my adult life, but they just don't last for long!! it all depends on what the problem is @ the time ? I am really going to try and practice my DBT skills i reckon they help me the most i am
going to a group @ midday (mini dbt Life Matters) i will be going every Monday while the family are here as well , i think it is in my best interest to practice practice practice my learnt dbt skills to keep me in a good place , your support means a lot Mara and i really hope you are in a good place atm
