riding a bpd high tonight. My granddaughter who lives with me FINALLY got a job interview. Her not working has been a real issue especially with me being able to set boundaries around giving her money, etc. The codependent part of me has been so out there. I feel resentful on the one hand because I feel taken advantage of, but then awful when I don't give her what she wants. In any case, hopefully she will get this job and maybe it will take a little of the pressure off. Now I have to be careful not to over expect. Does any of this make any sense? But just euphoric right now. Feeling too good and that's scary too.

I'm glad that things are looking up. I hope they continue that way for you.

I've mentioned it before that I find happiness to be a scarier emotion than my anger sometimes, so I totally understand where you're coming from.

I hope your granddaughter gets the job so that you are at a bit more peace!
