Hey bpders...has anyone lost their appetite from Prozac? I posted this in pysch meds forum with only a few responses and the 1 person who replied and said they lost their appetite was bpd. Plz let me know ur experiences...

I am on Prozac. I also have an eating disorder. It is hard to say what caused what changes in regards to weight when starting Prozac...
I was able to handle stress better so gaining weight did not make me suicidal. I was able to accept it with time. Physically my appetite may have decreased, but restricting/binging over rode that.

hey I'm on prozac and have definitely noted a decrease in my appetite... Lost seven pounds in a month... and yes I do have borderline personality...
