Hi, I am Sonya and I found out I am BPD, I have a very hard time with this and controlling my anger isn't either sometimes as well, please let me know what I can do to control my life a little better, post ideas thanks Sonya

hi and welcome to PC!!!
hummm...to control anger do a breathing pattern of 1,2,3,4 in and hold 1,2,3,4 and realse or breathing out at 1,2,3,4....then you can start all over it helps to calm down pressure and anger. punching a pillow instead of a wall much better feeling go for a run to get the focus back Talk about go outside and scream like hulk hogan flatten boxes jump on them until they flatten eat an apple or a banana...may provide basic nutrients in which your lacking Throw an orange at a wall but remember to clean up afterwards...
