I woke up feeling anxious but now I'm just bored and restless and don't know what to do with myself. I don't feel like watching TV, reading, going out or anything.. I just don't know what to do.

As soon you will kick yourself to do something, it will break the boredom. Or at least it works for me. Give it a try.
