went to my regular medical doc this morning...I lost a few pounds (good), and my blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure are all nice and normal (good again). At least some things are going right in my life. I am thankful today not to have a lot of physical health issues on top of my mental health issues. What can you be thankful for today?

Dwell on those things for awhile Instead of ruminating on the worries of life, of which there are always many...
