So I started the day great, full of energy and bursting with positivity but now I feel wired and agitated ....keep getting on exercise bike to expel energy and rid myself of this feeling but I am like a steam train right now flying off into the distance! Taken a respiridone but that hasn't really helped either and want/need to calm down before I start crashing back down to earth! It felt great to begin with but feeling awfully mixed and up and arrrrrrrr! Don't want to crash after all the good energy I've had last little while. Please say it's not gonna end badly

don't let it end badly. You know a crash doesn't have to happen. Of course your mood will change eventually but if you're prepared for it and know what's coming, use that knowledge to brace for impact, so to speak. I've been there and I know what crashing is and I've tried myself to learn how to lessen the problems it causes for me.

If you crash just try to remember this time of feeling good. And realise that the bad time won't last and good time is probably just around the corner. We all have 'blips' so to speak. You'll be ok
