I did 8 months of a 12 month long DBT program. Then I moved to another city and the place I was going said I had to go to the county mental health place in my new city. Trouble is, the place they're saying I have to go doesn't take my insurance, and neither does anyone else. and I don't have the kind of money required to pay out-of-pocket. It's frustrating. My BPD is destroying my life. I have 2 kids I wanna better myself for, but I don't have the tools required to do so.
I found a place that said they took my insurance, but when they tried to charge me a deductible that didn't apply and my insurance told them they couldn't, I magically couldn't get a hold of them any longer.

Oh sorry this sounds really frustrating I don't have any advice for you as I have no idea how your system works (I am UK based) but can see how this would get you down. Sending you hugs and luv
