went into full BPD meltdown last night.(see sick and tired post) Better this morning. thank God I was alone so didn't rip into anyone else. so no amends to try and make this morning.

Good to hearr. I'm glad you got out of that one and no one had to face the wrath of Ggirl I know I fear that one hahahaha.

I'm sorry for you i hate it when i can't sleep, and the next day is the worst!!! Try to get in to a nap today in the afternoon if possible as long as you need, it always feels better when you wake up later
