Feeling like I could just scream and pull my hair out and I don't even know why. I hate this feeling. And things are going pretty well right now. Seems like the better things are going for me in life (finances in order, etc) the worse I feel on the inside.

Sounds like you're dealing with anxiety.

well tahnks for not calling me capt obvious hahahaha I guess I thought I had something to say and at the last minute that was all that came out. lmao.

What I mean is it seems like it's more manicky kind of anxiety. When I reach too high of a point in my mania I tend to get irritiable, anxious and can fly off the handle much like you describe.

I guess. I'm not bipolar, and I really don't have manic episodes, at least not of the type that I have heard true bipolars describe. I do feel better some days than others, more content. Perhaps it's just my perception that I don't deserve to be happy, that I don't deserve to be doing well. So when I am, I start "waiting for the other shoe to drop" which leads to this free floating anxiety I feel. I need to write this thought down in my notebook so I can share it with my T at my next visit. And BTW S4 thanks for being the only one who apparently gives a rat's behind how I feel. You're a sweetie.

You're very welcome. and since I'm a sweetie, do I get a cookie now? The guy at the door said if I was real nice to the nice lady in here I'd get one.

I hate it when this happens to me... I understand exactly what you mean though... Every time something goes good, you feel bad, then you feel guilty about feeling bad, then something else good happens and the cycle repeats... I wish I could help :/ <3
