I feel like there is way too much happening to me. My mind is in a tail-spin. I'm just starting Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I've been referred to the Eating Disorder Clinic for weight loss. I've been referred to a Dietician for help with my diet because of weight loss. My new GP wants me to have both the up and down scope because of my weight loss. I've been referred to Physiotherapy because of osteoarthritis in my spine. I've been referred to the Pain Management Clinic for the osteoarthritis. It's very nice that I have so much help, but I just can't do it all.

I'm definitely going to DBT and that's a once a week commitment for 16 months.

I want to see a Dietician. I think that's all I need to get my eating back on track.

And I'll try Physio for my back pain.

That's all I can do. I am blessed to live here where so much health care is available. I wish all of us were so blessed.

Yes. Count your blessings! I would give anything to get into a DBT program. The one closest to me is 250 miles away.

Well it all sounds very positive! You do have a lot going on but at least it's a lot going on in the right direction to make your life better

Wishing you all the best

Well that sounds like so many referrals, how could they expect you do all that? I agree, the DBT is a priority and it sounds like you're prioritizing them correctly.
