YES! I think it is because I am incredibly impatient.

I don't know if I have a problem with "idiots" even though I use that word quite a bit in heated moments too. Usually while driving. Are they really idiots? Possibly they don't understand what we're trying to do and in that case it's up to us to use patience and understanding, take a step back and re-word what it is we were trying to say. If that's not the case and this is at least half the time, it's that they don't give 2 shyts about you and your needs. This is the half I have more of a problem with and they aren't idiots either but arrogant a.s.s.h.a.t.s. that don't care. And with those you just have to walk away.

So which one is it, I wonder?
Thanks for this!

It's people who apparently don't know how to do there job, and because of that make my job more difficult. That's the idiots I'm talking about. Or perhaps I should just say lazY as crap.

Yeah I understand that. But are they lazy or don't know how to do their job? I mean if they don't really know how to do their jobs, perhaps they really aren't lazy at all but clueless. If they are truly lazy then they must know how to do their jobs but just don't. One solution is they need training the other is they need to be reprimended. Just trying to help.

Nothing is worth getting upset over like this if you can step back and approach it with an objective mind. If it's affecting your job I'd report it. If it's not and you can't realy do much about it, It'll do you good to just let it go. No one is worth the energy we spend on being upset at them. No one. and I say "we" because I'm not guilt free here either.
Thanks for this!

the particular idiot I was referencing has a Pharm.D. I have to assume he knows how to do his job. If not, we're all in f-----in' trouble.

Such as people who cite "Beam me up Scotty", when it's actually a mis-quote, i.e. it was never actually spoken.

Well, it was never actually spoken in the Star Trek series, but it has certainly been spoken plenty of times since. Sorry if I offended you Phreak.
