I'm currently dissociating..I'm not part of my body.
I'm losing touch and going back to bad behaviors. I don't know who I am, Where I am. My body keeps moving these motions but I don't feel like I am doing it. Who's in there? I can't feel a thing.

I feel like vomiting and no one loves meeeeeee. I matter none at all. My parents are both alcoholics. They hate each other. My dad told me he was on six Valium when my brother was born. All they love is sedation.
My wants don't matter. Please stop drinking mommy please come home I want to go home mommy

 I wish there was something I could do or say that would make things better. Know that there are people who care.

Thank you all for your kind words. I am back in my own body again but the hurt isn't over. :/
