So many of you may not remember me but I used to be an active user of this forum then I pushed it away. Well I guess I'm back. I don't feel any better. I'm a year older, I broke up with my boyfriend, my circle has gotten smaller, and I have gotten angrier. I do feel a bit stronger though.

Yeah I'm in a similar place in life at the moment. I too stopped posting here for a while, but I've been back for a few months and I'm here to stay.

Nice to see you. I've been in an out for the last six months or so. I completely deleted my account in June to reinstate it a few months later to only have it suspended (at my own will) for two months, so, yeah, I get it.

![]() I think it's interesting that you said you have gotten angrier, and also that you say you are feeling stronger. I think that anger can definitely be empowering! I often feel better when anger makes me feel more capable, independent, self-validated. |
