I have to say that my "good" days are now outnumbering the "bad" ones. I think that getting my depression under control was what lead to this. In September and October I was wondering if it ever got better, it does get better.

Thanks for that!!! I am thinking the same thing now that the holidays are over. Lil less stress. Lil more understanding. Less self hatred...Still fighting hard every day...Take care now hun!!!
