I'm glad and hope the waiting list isn't too long. I think I can start the group session quickly.

It's in office hours though but my psychologist said they can write a letter when I return to work.

Occupational health have also said I may need time off for treatment.

I'm hoping work will be supportive. I need to get better so I am making that a priority.

congrats.

DBT is a really good thing. It will take you a full year (typically) before you get the full hang of it. But in the end - I think it is a great way to work through some of your (and mine) issues

I've been in a DBT group since November, three times a week. I'm moving to a weekly session after next week since I'm starting a new job. It has helped a lot, and I hope you can find some relief with it.

DBT is the best therapy I've ever had. Ours was set up ad a 2 year program. Mindfulness between each of the of the 3 sections & 2 times through each of the 3 sections. Diary cards are key & important so you can look back...& see the improvement over time. The DBT skills are something every high school student should learn & valuable to e everyone's life
