Have you been "officially" diagnosed? If not that should be your first step. If you have a primary care physician, I hear they can open doors. Start with your PCP, tell them you believe you are experiencing symptoms of BPD and let him prescribe you a therapist.
Let us know if this works and good luck!

Yes make sure you have been diagnosed and then ask to be referred for DBT.

Can you expand on how you are not getting help? what is happening? I was recently diagnosed avoidant personality with enough traits to be diagnosed bpd but my therapist doesn't want to give me that label yet (so i cannot start DBT), is something similar happening? Can you find a new therapist who is more understanding?
