It's so good to get feedback from folks on here. Our therapists and psychiatrists are well-trained, but many of them will never experience what we experience. It's good to be helped and encouraged by people who know how we are really feeling. I want to get better, but I just don't know how. Even doing DBT is no guarantee that I will not suffer from depression, anxiety, etc. all my life. What I hope is that I will be able to take care of myself better and not plunge so deeply into despair or get help before I do.
Please, please hold on. I hope & pray that each of us finds the help we need.

Thanks for this!
