I talked to T today for the first time since February. I was discouraged when a general doctor said that he didn't think I should move to Beijing because of my Cyclothymia. However, my T said that last Fall, she did not think that I was stable enough to go. However, she thinks that I have improved a lot and am reflective enough to make good choices for my health and to understand what is going on with my head.
This made me so happy and offered me so much relief. Maybe I'll be able to fully recover in a year or so. Just thought I'd share
