It will be a phased return and my Line Manager is ok with being flexible around my DBT sessions so I'm very pleased about that.
I'm excited about making steps forward but also super nervous about having another breakdown. I guess this time I have a therapist I can contact which I didn't have before so I ended up in hospital. Please send up some prayers for me ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Good for you.
Always remember you can "go to the bathroom" if you feel you are doing to loose it. ( I frequent my work one quite often). Also, having a "headache" is always good when you really feel like you just want to punch everyone in the face (having one of those days today). It seems more socially acceptable to have a headache than say "I really just feel like crap mentally today please leave me alone". Those things help me get through the rough days. I know they aren't the greatest solutions, but they help me. Good luck :-) |
