I've been struggling with my bpd symptoms over the past week. I feel like I take so much from here but I find it difficult to find ways to give back other than liking a post or commenting here or there. I feel like some people may be thinking who is this Achy Turtle and why so many posts? Why does she think that we want to read her crap? I'm trying to tell myself not to be so neurotic. That's all and ty for everyone who takes the time to read my crap.

Believe me Turtle, not everyone, myself included can offer help on every thread. Sometimes, I see something I want to comment on, but I honestly just don't have the energy...part of depression. There was one earlier ... a new thread from a poster who I knew needed help but I just didn't have any words, so I 'hugged' them ... it was all I could do.

Sometimes, thats all any of us can do.

Sometimes, someone in a previous post has put what I would say so perfectly, I would feel redundant and idiotic trying offer my two cents, so then I 'thank' that person, for saying what I couldn't...it's all I can do.

Sometimes, thats all any of us can do.

At the end of the day, sometimes, we just need to know someone heard us...and a hug, or a thank you or both...helps us move into another moment, we all hope will be better than the one we've left, that has caused us to post, and ask for help.

You're fine. Post at will. We'll listen.

It's what we do.

IMO anything that is posted may be what someone may benefit from or by. I agree, sometimes a "hug" or "thanks" is all there is as far as energy levels go.
Please continue to post, and be assured you are heard and understood.

We help each other.

I think most of us are in the same boat. Just post when you feel the need, i think it helps a little just to get it off your chest.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
