New T taking my history, and in the middle says: "well I see you're p ssd off at the world...." what are you upset about now? I felt like a child being reprimanded, it's ridiculous for me to react this way. I felt ashamed and stupid for saying anything, so I said, yes I am too old to feel these things now, and I do need to grow up. I know this.
It was a discovery and a release, but the experience left me feeling that I have blamed the world for my poor choices and the T didn't "play" the game, my issues not his.
In the end there was a few resources he offered me that I appreciate...
I have some deep trauma that will be addressed with a clergy as it is somethings that need grieving and resting and closure. Needing to move on, others have so must I. Stuck too long.
Thanks P11 for your concern.
