Hi Haley, 5 years!!!! Wow!!!! That just shows how much you have in you!!!!
Real respect!!!!! Now that's what you really want to be reminding yourself of!!!!
Now please don't go classing this as being back to square one, it's not, it's a slip. And they can happen along the way, just remember how well you have done/how well you ARE doing.
So straight back to the coping skills that have helped you get this far???
But if you think it will help to talk about what/if anything triggered you last night, we're/I'm right here for you if/whenever..............
