I have done a little research and it looks like maybe allergies can effect anxiety.

Does anyone have an opinion or experience?

I am dog sitting and am allergic. My anxiety has been really bad lately. I'm not having itchy eyes or runny nose though.

Thanks for input

Allergies have been so bad this year, my dog actually has them. Anyone who is familiar with 'reverse sneezing' in dogs will understand how unpleasent for them and scary for me, it can be and really ramps up anxiety. I have to wait for winter, or rain which ever comes first...and living in the desert, one guess which it is.

Honestly, although I've not heard of allergies affecting anxiety, I totally think they could....I feel if I sneeze one more time, my head is gonna blow off....sinuses are plugged, and can't breathe...yeah, that definately is working on my last nerve.

grrrrrr
