Alcahol makes bpd simptoms worse. I have bpd and before i was diagnosed i drank as a form of self medication, but it actually makes things worse. Im ttotal now and my life is much more managable

I know how you feel. I won't lie ... drinking helps, at least temporarily. But, it usually messes up your mornings after, not to mention the long term effects.

Why do you feel like you're alone ? What about friends ? Family ? SOs ?

Other than my teenager, I am alone...not just a feeling. Don't want to be in the human race anymore.
