Kellie,
There are a lot of really good resources on BPD. The best one I can recommend is the book "I Hate You, Don't Leave Me." This made a huge difference in my understanding of BPD as it manifests itself in my own life. I hope you can find things that help you understand your disorder better because self awareness is half the battle.
