Hello!
I'm a bpd woman... I'm very quiet and shy around normal men.. Almost boring...I never initiate conversation with them... They tell me I make them feel like I'm not interested in them. But I'm very much attracted to men with personality disorders ![]() Please tell me why I'm like this and what I should do Many thanks!! |

I'm not that sociable around anyone that I don't really know and I find it difficult to start a conversation about something unless a conversation is started with me first.
I've been told many times that I come across as a bit aloof at first, but once I get to know someone that's a different story. For me, it's all about self doubt and negative self image. Will the other person like me? Is what I'm about to say interesting? Is it socially acceptable? Blah blah blah. If you are attracted to the , what, in your opinion, is holding you back? Self esteem? Negative self perception? Past bad experiences? A fear of rejection? There could be many things holding you back and you can work on it once you have identified it. Be well. |

How do you know that they are "normal"???
![]() ![]() Idk why you're quiet, as mentioned above it could be a multitude of things, best you evaluate what drives the silence, when you identify the thought process behind certain behaviors it becomes easier to change them.
