We often seem to find it very difficult to see the positives so I thought I would start this thread.

It doesn't have to be something huge, everything is important!

I guess I need to go first lol

Well, I totally didn't smash the computer at work today despite pounding the living s*** out of it in frustration.
Thanks for this!

I did a load of dishes for the first time in a couple weeks, and most importantly.... I went to see T! She gave me TWO hugs (one she offered, the second I asked for) which is really special because I have been starved of human physical contact for about half a month. Who wouldn't love her??

A load of you know that I've been struggling lately - well this evening I've been forced to spend the night alone (people working etc)

It started feeling really **** and abandoned and horrible, but now I've ended up cleaning the flat and cooking a load of meals to freeze

Feeling rather prou of myself - this is a big thing !!

My boys had some friends over for dinner. They are 10 years old. It made me feel good to hear them laugh out loud. I have not done that in a while .....

Got some filming for our project done today, after we were sure we'd have to wait til tuesday!

Also I checked out an abandoned warehouse and managed to climb onto the roof and my group were very impressed.

Annnd we had a laugh digging a hole in the field!!

I lit a small candle and watched the entire thing burn to liquid wax.
