My career has been so up and down (and it's had some really good ups, but that was some years ago now) and I think I might have finally just washed up. Trying to forge a career as a freelancer and earning hardly anything even after a year. My condition makes it so hard to get out of bed and pitch for work and in turn not getting work makes my condition worse. I've given up on myself. I just wanted to earn a living but I guess I'm not a functional or useful member of society. Anyone else felt like this?

Do you have any interests outside of freelance art?

Yep. I have a box that I put my issues in so I can forget about them for a while and do my work. When something is bothering me, I write it on a piece of paper and put it in the box. I put the box on the shelf in my bedroom closet. I am temporarily "shelving" my issues so that I can focus on my work. Also trying to develop a daily routine.
