I really wish this Seroquel would hurry up and work for this stupid paranoia (only 2 days in, about to take it for the third time)... I'm not sure how much longer I'll have a relationship (and I'm getting to the point where I figure its easier to detach myself before she leaves me than care and be devastated, which I'm sure won't help the relationship either) :/
