Like the title says , I'm curious about dbt, I've heard it can be extremely helpful. What are some things you do in dbt?

I am so happy with DBT I'm on my 7th week. I use my skills all day long it really has been the only things that's helped me in such a profound way I haven't smashed or kicked anything since I have started and I have dramatically reduced my fits of rage. I can handle stress better. I'm not like wonderful every single day but my periods of negative moods do not last as long at this point. I highly recommend getting into a DBT program.

I have only done it inpatient so far but it helped me far more when I was in crisis than anything else. I can't do CBT yet with all the emotional dysregulation going on.
