I attend DBT once a week and have been in the same group for the past three yrs., it's extremely helpful the only downfall is that due to unfortunate circumstances that occur, they cause me to have to take periodic breaks from group and that annoys me because it seems it happens more times than not, when i'm just getting into grasping my skill usage. so, that's why i'm really glad I found PC because this is like 24/7, Thanks. Example, feeling guilty because I had to miss this past week due to feeling under the weather and i've only been back 2wks, ugh I feel soooo guilty and now have to miss the next two weeks because of family issues and a prior appt, Emotion Regulation I suppose, huh?
