Last night was rough causing my anxiety to go haywire, but i got a good bit of cleaning done, and answered the door when I really just wanted to go hide instead. I think I did well overall.

Today, I found job opportunities, cleaned the kitchen, and put up a Christmas, after which I surprised my brother with pizza.

I continued to do yoga today, I've now done it every day for the past week. Also wrapped the remainder of the Christmas presents I bought for my family. Contemplating going to the gym for the first time in 3 months, I'm going to try to go. Feeling pretty good over all.

Today I wrapped Christmas presents and drove my car home from the repair shop. (I've had panic attacks when I drove so the latter was a big deal for me.)

Today, I've come to the realisation that I have been sober since October 1st, 2015. This, to me, means I haven't gotten drunk, engaged in harmful activity, and haven't done drugs. I'm proud of that.
That is great! Congratulations on the good work.

Today I made it to my pdoc appointment. I'm proud of myself because I have agoraphobia and I hate the clinic.

Today I got a serious lot of housework done, and saw a gp about anxiety and sleeping pills, and getting the referral to see a psychologist. Feeling exhausted but good about today

Went to the gym. Then came home and did yoga. Then did sit-ups. I'm exhausted, but it feels great.

Today, I got through my fury without lashing out at anyone or doing anything impulsive. Though I did got into a heated rant in the rant thread...but still. The other two are a win.

I thought id share this... today I noticed that since starting my what if diary and watching so many bpd vids on YouTube, I've had less times when my emotions got too much to handle, less panic attacks, I'm handling the fear of abandonment and paranoia better, not better enough to be *healthy* yet, if I ever will, but I've noticed a significant difference

Today, as I described self-regulation to someone, I felt my heart rate go down and my body relax. Such a helpful skill to me!

I've spent an easy peaceful day since my daughter went with her boyfriend to celebrate Christmas. (We celebrated yesterday.) I feel calm and happy, which is something I haven't felt in over a month.
