I have a hard time speaking in front of people. Even in DBT. Today I actually gave examples and participated. It's been a long time since I've done that. Afterwards I was talking to my coach alone and she told me that I did a good job and thanked me. As pathetic as it may seem, it made my day.

My therapist says that I had rejection issues. I have been afraid that my coach didn't like me. This made me feel better.
