Hi Everyone,
I have been doing DBT with my Psychiatrist, but find I forget things. I have the DBT skills workbook, but I find I am really more of an Auditory/Visual learning and learn really well by examples. I have found some helpful videos on YouTube that show DBT sessions and practices, but also found lots of bad ones. I am just wondering if anyone has found anything helpful that is more in a video type format?

Thanks
