I just had myself cracking up so I figured I can't be the only one who does silly things sometimes especially when I really need it.

I kept thinking how people probably think I'm crazy. I just wanted to smile and not think this thought anymore so I turned on some music (ghost) and started dancing in a really silly way also I think I'll dance while I fold my laundry too I notice it makes me feel good and have fun while doing chores and helps me not be so upset about being agoraphobic!

Listening to music, especially Korean pop (it is really upbeat) helps me get in, and stay in, a positive enough mood for housework does that count?
Thanks for this!

I enjoy paying very close attention to the bass notes of the music I listen to. It provides a very uplifting mood in a song.

I have an eclectic list of youtube video's that I pull up when I need a lift. I just watched one...not sure if I'm allowed to post the link so I won't - but if I can share it would someone let me know? Still learning the rules here...

Yeah you can share links I know I have in the past and I wasn't told it wasn't allowed! So I hope I am not misinforming you but I've done it and seen it done

I spoke up about how I feel and that made me smile a little bit even though it was hard.

Dancing sounds like so much fun! Maybe I'll try it too. Music, must find music in my soul or otherwise.

I love my nieces and they always make me laugh. When i hear my husband playing with our 1 year old niece and they both have this belly laugh, I get this feeling of happiness and peace
