All I want to do is curl up in a ball and hibernate. Not totally sure what is going on.

Technigal, is there a support system you can contact or a friend you can invite over to see you? Or to call and talk with? Sometimes your local hospital has a free on site counselor that they can patch you through. I did one time, called the hospital and they put a counselor on for me to talk to to help me through a hard time. And it did help. I recommend the same. It works and is helpful. Hugs my friend and blessings

![]() Things will get better. What works for me is focusing on the tiniest things that bring me some bit of pleasure, to keep me going. A flower. A butterfly, a bird. Water trickling over rocks. Blue sky with wispy or puffy clouds. Music that's close to opposite of my mood. Walking through nature. Etc. I still suffer from ongoing major depression, but those little things help me a lot. Gentle hugs sent to you.
