Sometimes I feel like I'm witnessing my life on TV or I can't control my thoughts and I have to stare at a point till I feel connected again. I also can't remember entire conversations or reflect on some things days later because I can't remember what I felt or did. Is this just dissociation with BPD or is it a sign of multiple personality disorder/dissociative identity disorder? I have been experiencing this since I was a child... I have since a small kid stared into bright lights to convince me I'm real.

Hello complex21: The Skeezyks cannot tell you what it is you are experiencing. It may be something you'll have to take up with a medical or mental health professional. Good luck though with your efforts to figure out what it is that is going on with you.
Thanks for this!

I agree with the Skeezyks. Going to a doctor would probably be the best move at this point. They can help rule out issues and/or possible complications to get you the answers that you're in search of. Very best wishes to you!
